Tenant Check List

  • 1 Weeks Holding Deposit
    To secure the accommodation you have viewed. Payable entirely for the accommodation not per individual tenant. e.g. A property rental of £900 pcm. £900 x 12 months = £10800 annual rent, divided by 52 weeks = £207.69 ( 1 weeks payment)
  • 5 Weeks Deposit
    Is the Damage deposit secured against your tenancy. Payable entirely for the accommodation not per individual Tenant
  • 1 Month Rent (- 1 week Holding deposit)
    Is the first months advance rental payment. Payable entirely for the accommodation not
    per individual Tenant
  • Photo ID (Passport & Visas)
  • Utility Bill (Gas, Electric etc)
  • Bank Statement (last 3 months)*
  • Previous L/L Reference
  • Employment Reference*
  • Pay slips (last 3 months) & P60*
  • Accountants reference / SA302 (if self employed)*
  • Proof of benefits - Universal credit / housing benefit documents

*Please note we require at least two of the above for proof of employment status.


Guarantor Checklist

  • Photo ID (Passport / Drivers License)
  • Utility Bill (Gas, Electric etc)
  • Bank Statement (last 3 months)*
  • Employment Reference / Contract*
  • Pay slips (last 3 months) or P60*
  • Accountants reference / SA302 (if self employed)*
  • Proof of ownership* ( If Homeowner)
