Property management

As well as a tenant-finding service, we also offer landlords the option of full property management. We already manage an active and varied portfolio of approximately 300 rental properties and are therefore well placed to offer advice and guidance to landlords while efficiently and professionally managing their investments. We believe in transparent customer service which is one of many reasons why Angels Sales & Lettings is a proud member of The Property Ombudsman lettings scheme.

Our range of property management services for landlords is comprehensive. We cover the basic legal and administrative aspects of the tenancy as well as the day-to-day running of a landlord's rental property. Being a landlord has become increasingly complex and is often time-consuming, that's why in many circumstances it's wise to employ a reputable letting agent.
