- Collection of initial rent and deposit.
- Setting up standing order mandate for the tenants future rent subject to tenancy commencing.
- Tenancy deposit held in an approved deposit scheme.
- Monthly rent collection along with disbursement to your chosen account via BACS along with statements.
- Arranging routine repairs and maintenance.
- Quarterly inspection visits to view the interior/exterior of the property.
- Dealing with day to day tenant problems that may arise.
- Closing inspection and check out at end of tenancy.
- Organising return of deposit subject to the property being returned in a satisfactory condition.
